It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any product ordered from this Site is legal to own and receive in your state, county, and municipality.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order originating from or shipping to a jurisdiction where the product is restricted or prohibited by law.

4. Custom & Additive Manufactured Products

  • 3D-Printed & Laser Engraved Items: Products manufactured via additive manufacturing (3D printing) or customized with laser engraving may contain minor cosmetic variations, layer lines, or surface textures inherent to the manufacturing process. These are standard characteristics and not manufacturing defects.

  • Installation & Use: All products must be installed and operated strictly according to safety guidelines. Improper installation or modification of firearm components can result in malfunction, property damage, or serious injury. You assume all operational risks when installing aftermarket components onto firearms.

5. Sales, Pricing, and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved third-party payment processors.

  • Custom Orders: Custom laser engraving or specialized products are final sale once production begins and are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Shipping & Restrictive Destinations

  • We ship only within authorized jurisdictions inside the United States.

  • Freight forwarding, re-routing to unauthorized locations, or attempting to export firearm accessories out of the United States in violation of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) or EAR (Export Administration Regulations) is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, product designs, custom texture patterns, 3D models, imagery, copy, and overall branding—is the exclusive property of CommandoBran LLC and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
